Ordered a couple of gallons of castor oil. Mixed castor oil and dishwashing detergent 50/50. Mixed it in my wife's blender. Sprayed it 2 oz. to a gallon on 1/2 acre. No moles, no chipmonks, no more pests.
Replacement Ranger 2013 F 150 5.0 STX 4/4 Retired, don't care what gas costs. Gave my real Ranger 2003 to my 16 granddaughter. She said grandpa it has three pedals and I only have two feet. Told her you will figure it out pretty quick. Good luck with the Chipmonk.

Any brand of liquid dish washing detergent will work. Don't know anything about pack rats. This works on pests that burrow underground. The dish washing detergent acts as a dispersant. It allows the oil to mix with water so you can spray the stuff.
