Default Overhead Console

Has anyone installed or had installed the Overhead Console for their 2011/2012/2013 XL/STX Super Cab. It appears that the headliner for
the trucks with the overhead console are a different mold than the ones without the overhead console. Also the SYNC microphone appears to be in a different location...Was wondering if the OEM Overhead Console was adaptable or do you have to replace the headliner as well?

Bumping this semi-old thread to see if you ever made any progress with the OH console.

Well, after some more searching I found pictures of the stock OH console. Meh. Maybe I'll look into an aftermarket one or just save my pennies.

I also decided to save my pennies. It looks as if you have to replace the complete headliner to accommodate the Over Head Console. The SYNC microphone also has to be repositioned, but that probably isn't a deal. I haven't found an after market console that would fit. Let me know if you locate one.
