i ordered a diamond eye catback from stage 3 on 2/22/15 and it's said ships within 24hrs, I emailed on Thursday because it had not shipped yet and they said they will send shipping info when they get it, now 8 days have gone by and still nothing yet. Is this normal? I've never ordered from them.

 

Might depend where it is coming from. I ordered a Solo and got it 2-3 days later.


I suggest calling them again if you haven't already. I had a block kit that didn't have half the U bolts and communication from Stage3 over the issue could have been a little better when I was trying to correct it.

 

Depends on if its coming from their warehouse or from the manufacturer's warehouse. I've gotten things from them anywhere from a few days after ordering to a couple weeks, just varies. Sorry if that's not much help.

 

Ordered Diamond Eye 3.5" 2/28 (closed on weekend). Maybe I'll call and see if it's gonna be long wait. Can't wait to get it.

 

I ordered the 3.5" as well. I'm in NY. It's not a big deal really just wanted to put it on this coming weekend

 

I've ordered a few things from them, no problem at all. Best thing to do would be to call them and find out what's going on. They seemed a very above board company when I've dealt with them. I'll use them again.

 

Took a week for my fox coilover kit from them due to weather and stuff on backorder

 

thanks for the replies, not bashing them at all, I was just curious that's all they seem like good people to deal with. I have two user names on here bc one is always logged on my phone and I cant log out for some reason haha.

 

It takes a few man i know how you feel im impatient and hurry hoe from work when i order my stuff lol i tried to track my shipment from them and it said it wasnt shipped i waited a week and still nothing , i wentto get the mail an there it was on my door step

 

Same here ordered my exhaust last Friday.. Haven't recieved and replies from my emails in regards to if its even been sent.. Guess I'll have to call as well
