I went with 20's bc I ordered sterling gray an thing there gonna look boss with some trail grapplers! My trucks sticker came in at 52,995 I had a trade in that I got $2000 more than they wanted to offer me and the truck for otd price of $44,500 that's after taxes and fees and all that stuff. Can't wait any longer it's been the longest month ever with a garage full of mods waiting!

 

To address the price tag, I ended up leasing because it works for me but my 13 FX4 had a 48K sticker and negotiated price of 39K with no work so for anyone out there looking 9-10K off is being done all over so walk if you don't get that same price.

As far as the wheels I had 20's on my 10 Lariat with pirellis and hated the ride and it blew in the snow. I found my desired truck on the lot locally and it had 18's and like someone said it looks like truck tires and I enjoy the ride better...I'm guessing the taller side wall absorbs bumps better.

 

The wheels are the hardest part of my order! Lol I knew everything else I wanted on the truck. I originally specked out the 18 inch wheels because like I said I have 20's on my 2011 and I figured the $500-800 I would save I could use to upgrade the wheels and tires in the future. I'm just trying to decide what will be best ride quality and durability.

 

Got my vin yesterday!!! It's scheduled to be built 02-25 at the Dearborn factory!

 

My truck arrived today and I'm going to pick it up tomorrow morning!! horrible phone shot of it.

Nice deal! Best I could get was 8k off but I might have gotten more off If I'd opted for the 5.0 instead of the ecoboost.

 

It's a F150 Limited with all factory options also I was told it was ordered during a break in Ford's vehicle scheduling so it fell through the cracks in the system so to say.
