Default Opinions on weather it's worth getting the Sony/Nav Pkg??

Just wondering if getting the Lux Pkg. With the Sony/Nav unit is worth the $2500? If u had to do it over again would u just by a aftermarket Nav/DVD?
I know everybody's reasons are different but just courious...

Totally worth it, I rarely even use the nav part but constantly use everything else, I'll have it in every vehicle I ever get. Its not really 2500 unless you pay full sticker price for the truck, and when I got mine there was 1000$ rebate on it, but if it truly was 2500 id pay it all day long.

I like it and think it is worth it. I like all the integration it has with the truck, the steering wheel controls, climate controls, rear cam, etc., etc. I had an aftermarket unit in my last truck and it was nice but I did not have all the features working like they do with a factory unit.

Not sure I'd get it again. Somedays I wonder if it's worth $700 let alone what it really costs. Then others the rear view camera and speakerphone and nav are great. I do loath the Fisher Price like interface and limited options.

Haven't tried the weather thing yet. You need the app on a your phone, correct?

I'd do it again. It was a must have when I got my truck.

Of the last five Ford vehicles I've bought in the last 3.5 years, three had/have the full nav. Of the three we still have, only one has the nav - the '12 F150 FX4. The '11 MKZ is a lease, and the wife's previous lease '08 MKZ had the nav, but not this one - she never used it. The '12 Mustang doesn't have it, but I specifically did not want it in that car. Had a'11 Explorer with the MyFord Touch and nav - loved it and used it a lot.

I like it as much for the non-nav features as for the nav. I would (did) buy it again when I got my F150 three weeks ago.
