Why are you worried about the washer behind the drain plug if the filter is leaking?
See if the filter is tight if it is take it back to whomever did the oil change to make sure they took the old rubber o ring off or didn't over tighten it.

Might have to get a new filter. I had a Durango that I changed the oil on and when I checked for leaks the rubber on the new filter was bad. Had to get another new filter.

its not the filter but coming from behind the filter in terms of location. thats why im asking if theres a crush washer. truck goes in for an oil change on monday and just wanted to get a new washer to give the shop to ensure its changed.

Your post is a little confusing. Try and tighten the filter and the drain plug. If either is still leaking take it back to the oil change shop and have them replace the filter and or install a new plug. They can do it without loosing any oil.

Edit: I replied after your post. Youre still confusing me with the crush washer behind the filter.

Drain plug is on the bottom of the oil pan, if you have oil coming out from behind the filter it is either a double O-ring, damaged O-ring or slightly loose filter.

Mine does not, but there is a 10mm or 3/8 rubber gasket shown on Autozone.com

Are you sure it’s leaking or the tech did not clean up his mess while changing the filter?

I think you just replace the entire plug.
