I dang near ripped my drivers side mirror off! Its taped up so it doesn't wiggle. Everything still works (blinker, adjuster, and dimming). The mirror isn't shattered though.

Has anyone had to replace their driver side mirror? And how much did it run ya?

It may be more difficult to buy just one used but look here at the classified trade section. There are usually some guys that went to tow mirrors and want to sell their originals, etc.. Ebay too.

If you're in Canada I can ship you my factory driver's side. It looks just like yours but has a little heater logo on the glass. It was used for about 800 km before I put power fold mirrors on. PM if you're interested.
