Default OEM Touch Screen/Nav

I have 2013 XLT, I would like to do an upgrade on my radio and get the OEM touch sceen radio/navigation I have a few questions though
- I have the base 2.5 inch screen currently, I know I would need a new bezel, but I was wanting to see how interchangeable it would be to get the OEM system compared to what I have now, if anyone has done this please let me know

You would be better off going aftermarket.

It might be possible. This forum shows how to do it on a Mustang. http://themustangsource.com/forums/f...em-nav-516988/
There's lots of work to be done. It may be easier/cheaper to go aftermarket.

I looked into it and couldn't figure it out. I ended up doing the iDatalink Maestro with the new Kenwood DNX893S. It cost a pretty penny after everything was done, but well worth it, because I'm also running a JL Audio amp and sub. The aftermarket head unit makes the factory door speakers sound way better, and the aftermarket Nav is better than what Ford offers. I also get dvd's and anything my phone plays (Netflix, and my dish app).
