Default OBD adapter / smart phone interfaces

Anyone have experience with good solid ODB interfaces that can also be used as a tuner?

I'm digging around and finding some interesting things, maybe junk, maybe not? $100 not bad if it works well?

I've been using Torque Pro for a couple years, also Forscan, but none of the phone apps will allow you to do any kind of tuning, they are simply monitoring programs, yes you can clear codes with both of them but that's as far as they go.

That kiwi appears to be the same. If you want programming you should see the thread I made about Forscan, https://www.f150forum.com/f38/forsca...ations-349018/ for the pc. But again you won't be doing any tuning, for that you need a different device, I use an SCTx4 programmer.
