Can someone please confirm where o2 sensor named bank 2 sensor 1 is located at?? From what others say and videoed it’s on the drivers side nearest the engine right behind the manifold. But the Advanced Auto tech is telling me I’m wrong and the sensor is the one sticking out of the catalytic converter. So we went back and forth now I’m confused as hell.

There are 2 sensor for each bank, upstream and downstream locations.
Upstream are the ones closest to the engine before the catalytic converter.
Downstream are the ones in or after the catalytic converter.

OSBS11 = Bank 1 sensor 1 upstream
OSBS12 = Bank 1 sensor 2 downstream

OSBS21 = Bank 2 sensor 1 upstream
OSBS12 = Bank 2 sensor 2 downstream
