O2 sensor code, P0161, after down pipe swap
Probably not the usually down pipe swap order of operations for problems to pop up. I had offroad down pipes on my 2013 ecoboost for about a month, didn't like the loss in bottom end torque (even with a custom tune) so I put the stock down pipes back on. Took it for a drive, changed tunes back to the '93 octane canned tune that comes on the Diablosport Intune 1000. The next day, I start the truck and the CEL pops up. I clear it, it comes up again.
The sensors were unplugged for R/R and put back in the appropriate banks. They are tight and the plug connections are not in question.
I've cleared the code twice and it's come back. I've disconnected the battery & pumped the brakes to drain power and try to reset things, but the CEL persists.
Is there a solution short of buying a new sensor?
