Default Not happy with my TonnoPro trifold cover. Is it me or the cover?

I'm regretting my purchase and now I think I should of spend a few extra dollars.

But maybe it's me? This is my first truck and first cover so help me out. m I doing anything wrong?

It will not keep water out. There is a large hump on both sides of the cover in the middle and it does not real in the front. Almost like it's bent upward.

I used the weatherstripping they sent with it along the front of the bed and inside of the tailgate.

That thing looks hosed. It shouldn't look like that.

Not normal. Did any of the brackets look bent when you opened the box? assuming you did the install.

No, nothing looked bent.

I followed the install instructions and even watched the video on their website.

Are you saying it doesn't look normal for a TonnoPro or for a cover in general?

I've got the Tonnopro Hard Fold and it is straight in the front and the back. I did find the front has to be pretty close to the cab but it will keep water out.

I'd shoot them an e-mail with pics and see what they say.

Thinking about a tonneau also. Is there some general consensus on whose soft tonneaus are the (a) best bang for the buck (b) best overall?

Can't afford a cap until next year, and would like to get something for the bed in the meantime. We do get a fair amount of snow in the winter, so want something that can hold up to a bit in between sweepings.

I went with the Tonnopro hard because it was in the budget, got good reviews, and looks good. I like the look of the soft covers but hated that they all could be cut easily to get in. The hard fold has aluminum plates as part of the frame so it gives it strength and makes it harder to get in as you can't simply cut it.

I also like it will fold over on itself and give you open access to 3/4 the bed as well as it's easy to take on and off.

I had a tonno pro trifold on my 04 fx4 and it didn't look like that. Now I have a roll up on my 10' stx and that's doesn't look like that either.
