Default Noise at front hubs

I shifted my 2013 Platinum out of four wheel auto back to 4x2 and it sounds like it didn't disengage. It sounds and feels like teeth are rubbing.

When I shift it back to four wheel auto sound and vibration goes away. Does that mean it is not disengaging all the way? Is that a dealer thing?

Thanks.

Kevin

Yeah the dealer should replaces your hubs if they aren't disengaging. My dad has had some recent issues with his '13 Platinum hubs as well.
