Nipple on back of intake manifold
Just acquired 2012 F-150 with a 5.0 V8. It has a nipple on the back side of the intake manifold with nothing connected. Is this normal?

Sorry, no 5.0 here, but you’re at least sucking air there. My guess either some hose, or at least a rubber cap.

Normal. Mine had nothing attached to it. It feels like an empty chamber

Yep, I checked the manual and it's not used on the 5.0.
