New Wheels & Maybe Tires

New Wheels & Maybe Tires
Just ordered a new set of 18" wheels for my 2011 but I'm up in the air if I should just reuse the factory SRA's as they only have 1000 miles on them or get something else. I hate the SRA's as most people do, they are already feathering and I'm sure the alignment might be out. I'm looking between the Destination A/T's, Silent Armors or maybe the LTX MS2's. I'd like something more agressive but the side of me who doesn't want to waste money likes the LTX's as they will last a lot longer, be smoother and quieter and might even give better mileage compared to the two AT's. Any opinions on these?

out of the choices you gave, i personally would go with the Destination A/Ts. i have seen these tires on many trucks around here and people love them. i don't run them personally, but from what i have been told they are great for the money. what kind of wheels did you get??

I'm running the LTX MS/2's and really like em. I traded in my SRA's and got $260.00 for them with 2000 mi's on them. Then Michelin was offering a $70.00 mail in rebate, so I drove out for $822.00 for tires with lifetime warranty certs from Americas Tire. They make the truck handle way better and it doesn't have that squishy feeling when stopping or turning. I run them @45psi and air up to 50-60psi when towing the TT. They are an E load range tire, overkill but the price so close to others and being a 70,000 mile I couldn't refuse.

Never been a fan of the BFG's, no mileage warrenty plus they only come in an LT tire which I do not want. Thanks for the info on the LTX MS2s, have you driven in the snow with them? Anyone run the silent armors or ltx a/t?

I dont haul anything nor do I tow anything, LTs ride rougher and from my experience dont last as long. I have Never seen anyone get more then maybe 50000 miles out of bfgs
