New wheels came in today

As far as trail grapplers go... They are M/T tires and they are quiet compared to most M/Ts. So I hope you would buy the tires for what they are and should expect at least a little hum with them. So comparing to an A/T is not really practical considering you should not have any hum with those anyway. Just my two cents and a heads up for people who go strictly off of looks and do not expect a little sacrifice
P.S. I've had Terra Grapplers and they were awesome for an A/T and still had a bit of an aggressive look to them.

Okay the official review is in. I'd trade them hah.
Starting off with the standard 18 inch chromies I was feeling if I'm going to buy aftermarket wheels I might as well go big. Big mistake.
I'm not going to say I hate the wide 33's but right now from driving on ice everyday back and forth has gotten rather annoying. The power and mpg loss is also starting to take a toll on my pocket book.
If I could do it all over again I'd buy raptor take offs. .... or get rid of the trail grapplers.

But I'd say I like it. I feel like its addicting with the aFe stage 2 to always hear them. Its a fun truck.

Unless you're offering over $650/wheel...

OP,
First off, those wheels look awesome! Second, I know what you mean about ride and MPG. LT tires ride rough and heavy tires kill MPG (So does remote start in winter, but I ain't giving either up ). I am in upstate NY and my MPG is worse by 3 MPG in winter due to the crummy winter blend fuel and remote start.
When I went with my 34.5" tires, I did the Rancho quicklevel kit. The 9000 series shocks that came with it have adjustable dampening that allows you to soften up the ride a bit.
The MPGs go down with heaver tires, I lost about 1-1.5 mpg going to 275/70 R18, and about 2-2.5 going to 295/70 R18 tires. If it bothers you, get a set of 275/60 R20 P Rated tires. They should be much lighter than what you have on now, and I wouldn't be surpised if you get back to OEM MPG with them. P-rated means they will also ride like stock.

My original plan was to buy the quicklevel but I went a little deeper into research and the adjustability ended up scaring me out of them. I wanted something I could set and forget.
