Default New Wheels

I've looked at the tire and wheel fitment thread and can't seem to find an answer. A set of wheels I'm looking at are 18x9 with +12 offset. How much rubbing (if any) will come from those wheels with that offset. I currently have a 2 inch Autospring kit running 295/70/18 St Maxx's on the stock 18x7.5 wheels.

Very minimal, if any. I've done several 35x12.50's on the exact same rim (18x9 +12), and just had to cut the valence a little, and shave a bit off the stone deflector in behind the flare behind the wheel. With your tires being a bit narrower, you'll be ok with just trimming the valence.

Those are both 35x12.50's on that same rim, black one has Bilsteins set to max (2.25"), white one is a 2" level.
