New Mod Not Many People Have!!
Ever since I bought my first F150 in 2002 I've disliked how the keypad on the door lite up green. For some reason Ford has upgraded just about every light on the F150 since then but never the keypad lights.
Well I finally decided to do something about it. I was asking what LEDs the keypad takes on a Lighting FB page I'm on and a member on there informed me of which LEDs I needed, and that he had them in stock. After speaking with him, instead of having him send me the LEDs for me to install, I decided to send him my keypad for him to install them. His name is Shane Gaston, he owns Mod My Gauges. Instead of being without the keypad while it was being modded I purchased a new keypad and shipped it to him. A week or so later i received it back and yesterday finally had a chance to get it swapped over. I told him once I posted pictures he would more than likely be getting plenty messages from people wanting to do the same so I asked him to come up with a price so people wouldnt have to bother him with asking.

This is crazy timing.. My daughter was just saying yesterday that she didn't understand why the keypad was green on my blacked out truck with red F150 badges.. I may have to contact this guy. Thanks for sharing! How hard is it to change the keypad out?
