Default New Lariat in Houston: Pics Inside

Well, I picked her up on Wednesday of last week. I am coming from a Chevy that I have driven for the last 7 1/2 years. This truck has the 5.4L V8 and came with the following options:
3.55 Limited Slip
Sony 6 Disc Changer / MP3 / With Subwoofer (Sounds Awesome)
Chrome Step Bars
Power Sliding Rear Window
Lariat Plus Package (Includes Garage Door Opener, Rear View Camera, and Reverse Sensing System)
Bed Extended
20" Alumium WheelsLeather Captains Chairs
Lower Two Tone Paint
I have only driven it 150 miles but I love it so far. I am looking forward to seeing how it pulls our boat.
MSRP was $43,645 and we paid $34,800 + TTL so driveout price was $37,246. We are X-Plan eligible but I was able to negotiate almost $1,000 less than X-plan. I never even mentioned it to the dealer. The price above included a spray in bedliner and window tint. Assuming those two things are about $500 at retail, we got right at 21.2% off the sticker. Not too bad in my opinion. :beers:

Nice truck, I got mine at Joe Myers also. I was calling around and they were the only one willing to deal with me on the phone and give a price that beat the others. No way was I driving to spring or anywhere else to talk to them.

I took it in for the first oil change and check and then it came out nicely and washed it too, I was about to do it the next day anyway so I was happy.

I got around the same % off as you and it took very very little haggling to get that price.

Oh yea, now I wish I had tried to get the line-x and some tint installed.

Do you know where they had the line-x done, I want that some time as well as getting inside wheel wells done, driving in rain gets noisy!

What % tint did they do?

The line-x and tint were already on the truck before I even looked at it for the first time but I negotiated the price like they weren't even on there. They only tinted the front windows as the other ones come tinted from the factory. They can only legally tint the front windows at 35% so I am assuming that is what they put on there. I also don't know where the bedliner came from but I want / need to find out so I know who will fix it if something goes wrong with it.

I was happy with Joe Meyers. They were no BS and didn't try to tack on any random fees to the deal - and like you, it took little haggling to get the price to where I wanted it to be.
