Default New Hitch Receiver - Need to Know Torque for Bolts

So I just got done today installing a new Class IV 17D826 hitch receiver on my F150 2011 4X4. Installation was a cinch. But the one thing I cannot find is the torque pressure pounds per foot to crank onto the HB2 bolts that connect the vehicle frame to the hitch receiver. I have four bolts that connect the frame to the receiver, I just need to know what setting to put my torque wrench to properly tighten the HN2 nuts to the HB2 bolts. Anyone know? I hate to not do this right and potentially be too lose or too tight (and risk snapping the bolt heads).

Can anyone confirm 129 ft lb? I found that same thread, but generally other folks chime in to confirm. Didn't see that here. I checked my chilton no go.
