Default New grille painted and ready to go on.

It's a decent five footer on the paint job scale. I am on the fence about hooking up the lights since they go up with the hood. Did everyone else extend the wires and run them down the hood to the firewall?

No need to extend any wires. There should be enough to go from grill to hinge back to battery. At least there was when I did mine.

I just mounted the grille and I guess I get what a pay for since it was only $140. No nuts for the upper bolts that are different than oem and the wiring harness isn't long enough.

Crappy pic since it is dark and wet out.

I routed mine the same as Morris. spliced into the passenger marker light. I needed about 18" (x2) of extra wire.

great job on painting the surround, I've been debating getting mine professionally painted along with my yet to be installed fender flares

who was the manufacturer? Mine was $175 or so and I think I reused the nuts. My wires were long enough, weird how they didn’t give you enough. Like you’d never open the hood?!?

I don't know who the manufacturer is. I bought it from Amazon. The studs are clearly bigger than the OEM studs. The wiring harness reaches the hood hinge but that is about as far as it reaches.

Wow, that’s kinda crappy. Feel free to extend the wires, I tapped into the passenger side marker

That's what I plan on doing. How did you attach the wire to the hood?
