I'm new to Ford and the F150. I jumped aboard recently w/2009 XL 2wd. I also have a 351w in my ski boat so with that I figured I might as well stay blue oval. Now with the first round of my questions.

Is the bumper off the 4wd compatible with the 2wd. I need some tow hooks up front. Not for me to do the towing but for the retrieval of me. Currently the XL model has no cut out for the hooks up front.

I use my truck mainly for work and towing my boat around. I'm interested in dropping it a bit for looks but still want to be able to use it loaded. Drop kit and airbags??? or bad idea completely?

Looking for a ladder rack and topper or cover combo. Has anyone found a good looking and good functioning pair? The best I can come up with is from Bak Industries, but there is no reviews on them.

Am I able to put a rear sliding window in the XL?
