Default Need some Engine help!

I need some help guys. I've got a 2012 f150 3.5l ecoboost. Im approaching 57k miles. I am experiencing some loss acceleration and horsepower...along with diminishing MPG. I go to school in the mountains, and regularly average 16 MPG (or just below) in sub freezing temperatures. Considering that it is now warmer and normal spring temps, I would think my MPG would go back up a little bit, just as it did last year. Instead it is dropping more every single day, and I am already down to 15. Additionally, the power that I experience as I accelerate is extremely lacking and in some cases is delayed and "jumps" forward after a few seconds. I am aware that going up and down the hills here effects mpg and acceleration, but I have made these observations on flat roads, both in and out of town.

Can anybody give me some much needed advice?

The first thing I'd look at is the air filter.
