1.5-2" spacer in front if 4wd, personally would not go higher than 2". Auto Spring sells kits for front and rear to choose from. rear you can go blocks or add-a-leaf the cheapest.

For the front I would keep it 2” or less lots of good options.

For the rear you can raise it 1.5” without changing shocks. You have the option of moving to a 3” block or add a leaf. I chose to add the leaf to help with load squat. I’m happy with my choice.

Some guys choose blocks because there is less install time. I think the extra time is worth it.
Good time to replace the u bolts as well. I’d recommend 9.5” ones. I went with 11 and had to cut 2” of excess off after install.

I have the Bilstein Leveling Kit and love it. Absolutely no problems and it's completely adjustable. I have mine set on the highest setting, which is roughly 2.25". However, they also have settings for 0.75", 1.5" and 1.75" I believe. It rides great and I wouldn't change it for a strut spacer. As for blocks, I would recommend getting rear shocks that allow for up to 3 inches of lift, then getting a 2.5 inch block.
