So had my 2009 4.6 for a week or so, noticed a little judder as I slow down, its feels as though its struggling or misfiring or similar; once stopped the rev counter shows a 100-200 rev increase for a few seconds and then settles back down. It seems to be getting worse and now I expect it every time I slow down. Any help.

Also any suggestions as a priority for replacement parts or required servicing - nearing 150k with no idea of previous history on vehicle except it was a fleet truck up to 75k miles then it went private before being mine.

other than this minor issue so happy with truck.
