Default Need to get in contact with a rep.

Im having trouble with my Mother Laws explorer. Just shuts off going down the road. Ford cant find a problem, she just wants to be rid of it and is going to trade it in on a new one(which i understand), but she bought it brand new 4 years ago. The dealership is just going to sell her a new one, and I would like to talk to a rep that may be able to help with this.

Anybody have a number for the reps on here/

There is none. You need to call the 800# on the website to open a case.
