I prefer the bird's eye view but I have to use the top down rotating map because my kid doesn't understand why we're not going the same way as on the map :-/

Until I read this post, I had completely forgotten that I could change the view angle. I might fool with hat over the weekend, lol.

Funny, I don't like the bird's eye at all. Not enough info for me.

Maybe it would be useful in the city.

I always prefer to look at a map with North up...if not, I find it easier that way navigating by cardinal direction...
