Nauseating ride
So my truck is a 2014 platinum 4x4 with, 2 inch leveling kit in the front and 275/65R20 toyo at2. However my girlfriend always complains of motion sickness and the other day I was riding passenger and I know exactly what she is talking about. With the body roll and the ride that makes every ant carrying a sunflower seed feel like a rock it is a little uneasy on the pax seat.
The main question is there anyone first hand that has seen this and fixed it? I assume better coil over will fix it but I want to make sure before I pull the trigger.

I had LT275/65/20 duratracs on my truck and the ride became rough as well. I have Bilstein 5100s on the 2nd highest notch which amplified the roughness because it stiffened up the front. I ended up swapping my tires for 33" P-rated duratracs and the ride has improved greatly. I wouldn't have considered the ride nauseating, but it was rough and you could really notice the minor imperfections in the road.
I think the problem is more related to the LT rated tires and their stiff sidewalls rather than the levelling kit.

yes. it's a combination of antisway, coil spring, dampening, and tires
a better coilover, like the BOSS series from F150 lifts indeed made a big difference in the ride, and while you noticed the small things a bit more, they seemed to make less of a difference. I paired this with a set of front and rear hellwig swaybars and the ride was great. much more stability, comfort, and confidence. I did however kinda ruin this by getting LT tires with a 121 load rating. while I still like the ride, I'm really considering getting something less for my next set because of the sheer ride difference it made.
Plus, you are running a leveling kit. that inherently makes the ride worse, so you are currently in the worst case scenario (depending on the tire rating ou currently have).

Is your GF doing something other than looking straight ahead? Like reading or checking her phone? Motion sickness really has more to do with your motion senses not agreeing with each other rather than the motion of the vehicle. Unless if you're super prone to it, looking straight ahead at the horizon or some reference point in the distance will help alleviate getting motion sickness.
as odd as it sounds, I would get a sick feeling as well when riding in the passenger seat (all stock 2013 Lariat). Didnt happen often, but every time, even short trips / looking straight ahead, would make me nauseous.
My driver seat is adjusted quite high, while the passenger seat was much lower. Long story short, I raised the passenger seat, and now i dont fell that no more...
That's my story!

My wife has severe motion sickness. But when she sits in the passanger seat in our truck, she has no motion sickness at all, as long as she doesn't turn around or try and find something on the floor of the truck. or read or check her phone. I agree with badtziscool here. None-the-less, I feel for the OP, motion sickness is terrible.
BTW......... I have a level and LT275-65-20's on my truck.
Just my wifes $0.02...
