I can say it did drop very little, but I would have expected that as the program changes when and how long the Tq converter locks up. It also while cruising changes the shift pts and the point at which the tq converter locks fully or partially.

Well, I was very happy with mine.

I had the chance to use 4L yesterday for the first time. It seemed to hold the gears REALLY long even with very very little pedal depression - and then when it did finally shift, it would snap into gear pretty hard causing the truck to lunge forward.

I've had a couple other vehicles with 4L - all of the GM variety though, so is this normal for the Ford?
