How to clear my key on 2011 F150

Sorry I'm a new to forum. My first post , will try again.
I purchased a 2011 Ford F-150 Lariat been spending a lot of time in the John reading my Manual. Can't find the answer to my problem. I mistakenly made both my keys My Keys ..
When trying to clear them both I go t information to find my key it says 2 my keys 1 admin.
The one that is the admin key is not working at all. I checked the coin battery and tried a new one as well still won't work. I can't find any way to clear them. Any information would greatly be helpful. I love my truck and glad I found this forum.

Is that a statement, a question, or did you mean to type that in Google?

If Question look in the Locks and Security chapter of your manual. Dont know anything about your truck so I will use the example from my 2010 manual... page 128 tells you how to clear it

I assume you're still writing, since you didn't use a period, or a complete statement lol. C'mon man, more info.

Tunafish, You lost me on the coin battery part. Do you mean the battery in the Fob (or push button portion if you have the integrated key head)? I am pretty sure that doesn't have anything to do with the mykey and only controls the door locks and possibly remote start, if equipped. However I am basing this off my 2010 and the PATS system. Someone will need to check/correct me on this.

At this point I'm at a loss on how to help. If you only have 2 keys and you programed them both, as your statement reads to me, it appears that you are missing a 3rd key - the 'admin key'.

Are the restrictions enacted with your current set up? PG 134-135 of your manual? speed, radio muting, etc?? Just trying to get feel for what may all be going on.

*** Edit: For grins I went out and looked at my truck, again it is a 2010 so may be a few differences. I noticed I have 2 Mykeys set up and 1 Admin key. I've never set a restriction/limit to any of my keys, only have the 2, and I'm the original owner. Not sure if this is a normal thing/reading in the display. Hmmmm Now I'm even less help as I apparently have the same thing without even realizing it.

There are ways to wipe the keys and start over using FORSCAN. But I'll let someone else chime in there: here is the link to that series/thread.

Thanks,
The restrictions are in place and I've found no way change them or clear the keys. I'm not savvy enough to try Forscan, I will see what my Ford Dealer where I purchased the truck from can do. Will post updates when I find out.

I would put it in the hands of the Ford dealer, if you are in a populated area, there could be someone on this forum nearby that is savy with Forscan.

Have a appointment at Ford dealership 8am tomorrow will cost $100 to reprogram both keys. Then I will have them show me the proper way to activate and deactivate the features and keep one key as admin.
