The least cost was Truck Accessories Plus in Brampton, $1050. I got a little bit better from a parts manager at a dealership. I'll ask permission from him before saying much more, just in case.
No word back from Borla yet.

I just did a Flowmaster in about an hour. Course I had no " help "
I really liked the fit and the adjustability built I to the tubing. And it sounds great. The truck is showing +3 MPG so far

Greg replied. He apparently is not aware that his kit attaches to the spring hanger block nuts and bolts, NOT to the frame!!
Sean:
We are sorry you are experiencing a problem with your cat-back system. You don’t say what system you have, but we believe it is 140291. If so, let me address your three concerns one at a time.
1. The front pipe clamp. We have been told by a couple of other customers of this problem. We have gone out and purchased a new style clamp that is being put in the systems now being made. You must have had an earlier system.
2. The condensation you see on the weld line is normal. We do not put drain holes in our mufflers. Condensation is normal and the water coming off the weld seam is normal.
3. As far as the mounting brackets you talk about, we do not have “spring hanger bolts”. The hangers are basically “L” shaped hangers that get mounted up to the frame rail. As far as the adjustment of the tip angles, you would start at the rear of the truck and work your way forward.
Maybe you could send some pictures so we get a better idea of the tip mounting problem you are having. Please forward them to me at gregw@borla.com.

Hey Sean
check this out. It doesn't show to the hanger but the spring perch(whatever that is) It appears both the sides are the same.

on the sound!!
That crossover pipe in front of the differential still pops visually.... In person is it something that bugs you? Would you consider black BBQ paint? (suggested somewhere on here)

Black haet resistant/BBQ paint- yes, I actually suggested that, and will be doing that once I have a chance to steel-wool that piece and get a moment. I agree, it stands out a bit too much for my liking so the black paint will mask it a bit. I did the same to the heat sheild on the wife's heat sheild and the crossover and baffles, on the PT.
Hey, at least Borla replied, so that's a good sign.
