Default AC not blowing cold consistently

2009 Lariat, I just had the lower and upper blend doors replaced at the dealer. Picked it up and with the climate set to auto 70 it didn’t seem to be blowing very cold air. I noticed this a few times while driving it over the last couple of weeks. Today while I was driving I had it set on auto at 70. Seemed a little warm so I dropped it to 68. No change in temp. Pulled into a parking lot and set the temp at 65 and it was blowing hot air. Dropped it to 60 and still blew hot air. Put it on max and no change. Tried dual with the passenger at 90 and driver at 60 and still no change. Turned off the truck and let it sit for about 20 minutes. Turned it back on and it was blowing ice cold air. Any ideas? Thanks.
