I have a 2.5 true dual with a Magnaflow X pipe, two 18" long Dynomax Bullet mufflers..it sounds great, but it's just too darn loud at times, too much drone, and with the addition of the AFE intake, it's just too raunchy. I need to clean it up around the edges

I am planning on keeping the dynomax bullets and adding two more mufflers after the X pipe, and before the bullet mufflers.

Maybe two Flowmaster Super 44? A couple Flowmaster 50 series? Maybe a single dual in/dual out muffler?

I just want to quiet it down a bit.
