What kind of mudflaps?

Mine were some ruber ford emblem flaps I got from autozone, not the form fitting ones you get from ford, I didnt need to drill holes, the sheet metal screws just screwed right in to and through the wheel well metal. They were stock tires so plenty of room to get my power drill in there if at a bit of an angle on the inside screw.

May be best to remove the tire it the flaps go all the way in like mine and you dont have enough room for the power drill.
