Default Mounting points

I bought this 2014 Ecoboost with a Ranch Hand grille guard on it. I removed the grille guard this morning, but was wondering if there was original hardware in these two holes. I removed the bolts that held the mounting brackets for the grille, but it looked like I may need to put a bolt back in those two holes to hold the two plates securely together.

I did some searching online and found the install instructions. Turns out, there was a support brace from the bumper to the frame. I thought it was OEM, but it came with the grille guard. I removed the brace, now it looks right.
