Default Most unreliable optional features

I'm considering an F150 and I've been reading through this forum quite a bit. The most useless feature thread was pretty entertaining. One of the hardest parts of the decision I have is what features to get added on my F150. I want to keep the vehicle for 10+ years, well past even the extended warranty so I'm looking for long term reliability. On the flip side, a number of the features are quite nice have so I'm trying to find a balance of features that won't affect the reliability too much. Has anyone had to have any of these features repaired already or just seen a number of reported failures?

Power Pedals
Rear Power Sliding window
Power folding mirrors
Reverse Sensing system
Heated Seats
Headed/Cooled Seats
Power adjustable seats
Memory mirrors/seats/pedals
Rear view camera
Navigation system
Power deployed running boards
Rain sensing wipers
Sync
Sirius radio
Moon roof
Keyless entry keypad
Trailer brake controller
4.2" Productivity Screen
Dual-zone Auto Temp Control
Remote start

No issues with any of them (sans Productivity Screen and Remote Start) on my 09 at 39k.

Sync has a personality that likes things one way only with my phone.
Not a big deal.

Perhaps I just got burned with the Toyota I bought, but I've had problems on it with the reverse sensing, power folding rear seat, laser cruise control, power driver seat, power sliding passenger door. Made we happy I bought the Toyota warranty w/ 0 deductible, but just generally made me want to shy away from that stuff. I have to get rid of that vehicle before the warranty is up because I don't trust it to not cost me thousands of dollars.

While I've heard nothing specific to F150's I have heard of many instances of heated seat elements burning out in lots of late model vehicles. That is the only red flag that I see in your list - everything else is a crapshoot.

Rear view camera
Navigation system

Had a problem with the unit upon delivery. They replaced the camera, then the nav/sync computer (then took it back because they failed to reinstall the airbag propery).

Only other significant problem has been my driver's side door hinge drama which is in another thread.

I also have most all that and not a problem with any of it. Course, only owned the truck 6 1/2 months and have 12,000 miles however; so far, so good.

Thanks for the replies.

I am not trying to jinx anyone. Apologies in advance. :-)

re: Drivers door hinge... I think I'll get that even if it has caused you problems. I'm too old to Dukes of Hazard it.
