Default Missfire

I have a 2012 f150 3.5 Ecoboost and every single time I think I fix the stutter its still there. After I did the weep hole I didn't change the plugs yet but I just changed them a month before I drilled the hole. maybe I change them already but idk is there any other suggestions.

I'm afraid you really haven't said much, here. How many times did you change plugs? Do you mean move them around or put in new ones? And did you actually record a misfire, clean the sensors, check again and had a new misfire on a different cylinder? In the same day?

I have changed them twice in the year that I have owned the truck. I recorded multiple misfires but it would change which cylinder the misfire was in after I change the plugs and cleaned the sensors and sometimes it would change
