Default Misfire

2013 King Ranch, 3.5L Eco. 194K+ miles. Stutter on heavy acceleration. OBD kept showing Cyl 3 misfire.
Over the last year, I have replaced the throttle body, cleaned and/or replaced assorted MAS sensors, installed new, NGK, plugs and COP's, and, just last week (took it to a real mechanic who said it was a bad injector), had $1600 worth of new injectors and wiring harnesses installed and the thing was flashed and reset (whatever it's called that cost another $200).
I haven't put the OBD back on it, but just now, on my way home, misfire and stutter on heavy acceleration!
Anyone offer a suggestion as to next hugely expensive possibility?
BTW, guys who reset the computer said "phaser" operations were ok.
Thanks folx.

IDK. But the thing mostly runs great. And I punched it a couple times after picking it up last week with no problem.
