Default Mirror Upgrade

I have a 2011 F150 FX4 with the power-folding, turn signal, and puddle lamps. According to the VIN, it's technically a Lariat, which has heated mirrors as an option. Will I be able to get heated mirrors and put them on and have them work? I do have the rear window defroster.

My second question. I have been able to find the regular mirrors with the power fold, turn signal, puddle lamp, and heat. Are there any tow mirrors out there with those same options? I don't need/really want power telescoping since I don't have a switch for it, but I can't find any for my truck that has the power-folding option, and I use my power-folding quite frequently.

The Only ones that are power Folding that I have found are for the 13-14 and they have the power extend. They also need to be rewired and do not have the puddle lamps and the turn light is on the side if it is OEM. Oh and they are like $1500 and up for the Ford ones.

Pull off one of the side mirrors; and see if you have the two wires for connecting to a heated mirror.
Be careful... they break easily.

I am in the same boat as you. It looks like the 2013 powerfold mirrors will work but they say on the parts sites they don't fit a 2011. Have you had any luck since you posted this?

PowerScopes will fit the 11-12 MY's as the power-folding circuits (controlled by DSM) and pin-outs are the same for all wires of note for the retrofit. I was about to perform these on a 2011 myself, until I got a '13 and did the retrofit on that instead. If you already don't have power-fold, then you will need to replace the DSM with a brand new (unused) one to enable it.

I got these OEM's individually on eBay. Took me about 6 months to wait for each deal: ~$450 brand new (without caps).

But 1A Auto has a complete "reproduction" set for about $800 for the pair.
