I have never had success using a USB stick. I have downloaded directly to it, and I have copied a cd to it and neither work. What software do you use?

Thanks

He is correct, must be fat 32, however I bought San disc brand and they are already formatted fat 32 so I just drag and drop mp3s on them and they work great.

Great information! My SYNC seems to work fine so will avoid updates for now.

I must be a problem with Apple products' IOS. I have an iphone but only connect through bluetooth. I have my Zune in the USB and it works flawlessly.

I am not sure if it is the iPod. When the radio locks up I can disconnect the iPod change songs on the iPod plug it back in and the Sync will still be stuck on the song that it got locked up on. Also I have now experienced when switching media sources on my steering wheel it would only switch between FM2 and USB it totally skipped FM1 and the AM presets, I have to shut the radio off and turn it back on.
