Default Massive mistake. Need help/advice

2011 F150 5.0
I was replacing my oil pan gasket and all was well until a mounting bolt snapped off. I tried an easy out with no luck. Proceeded to drill it out so I could tap new threads into it and made the foolish mistake of drilling too far and went all the way through and now there is a hole on top where the mounting bolt screws into. I need some expert advice as to what I can/should do next. I’m in full blown panic at this point.

Check the other side and see if the bolt hole goes all the way through since a lot of pans have bolt hole go all the way through.
Look at the lower left side of the 5.0 block, bolt hole. As long as it is going outside the motor don't worry about it, seal up the gasket like you normally would and torque to the correct torque spec to not break any more.

It doesn't look to me like any harm done, just tap new threads and put a bolt in. If you want, put some silicone on the bolt.

if the hole is too big to tap, use a longer bolt and put a nut on the top side.

it is outside the motor! Now that I’ve sat down and thought about it I guess it’s not actually a massive issue. I just hit panic mode when I felt that drill bit press through the other side. Thank you for the advice!

yea I guess it doesn’t actually harm anything now that I think about it. That is a great idea. I’ll probably do this anyway just to make myself feel better lol.

If you're gonna use some silicone...use rtv type.
