My passenger side rear seat is folded up and will not come back down. The metal wire behind the latch will not move. Any tips? Is there a manual release somewhere?

If the latch won't pull on the cable, can you remove the latch and pull the cable by hand (or pliers)?

Is this for a crew cab? If so, there's a trick to lower the seat-back down, it might help you see what's going on. You'll need a box wrench and I think the video in this link covers how to do it about the best.

I've got the same issue with the driver side on my Supercrew. The actual locking mechanism release is right there on the edge of the seat. I just reach in and push it up to release. Simple enough that I haven't bothered trying to fix the actually latch release handle itself.
