Default Making my truck our own with a few personal touches with pics

I put up with the big GREEN Dearborn sticker in the corner of the passenger windshield on our last 2010 truck and for the first three months of our new 2012.....finally said "that's simply got to go on our beautiful new Platinum White Lariat." GONE....you can also see the billet shorty antennae I added.....boy, last time I posted a pic of that it started antenna gate. We'll have to see how posting again goes....

Posted already about taking off the big 4X4 stickers on the bed, but as this is a compilation of the slight mods I've done I'll post this again. This pic also shows the Undercover Flex.....again debadged as unlike BakFlip, they don't rivet their name to the cover:

Also posted before -- debadged the large EcoBoost door badges, but added the nice black (and small) Lincoln MKS EcoBoost badges under the F150:

And, as the DuHa we had for the SCREW does not fit our SCAB...it now does service in the bed, and does a GREAT job with groceries and other detritus when out and about:

Final mod is going to be the billet lower grill insert in the front bumper which I ordered from amazon this morning. All of these are, I know MINOR additions/changes to the truck, but they all make it our own.....thanks for looking!

How do you like the Undercover Flex? I'm still trying to decide between that and the BakFlip.

You would think that new house construction would have caught on by now that people are driving taller trucks these days and they need to built the garage doors a bit higher.

It is a very nice cover, though not water tight.......maybe not even water resistant.........but the quality and the fit and finish are top notch. I like it very much.
The only time I've gotten water in it is at the high pressure drive through car wash......

Scared me almost every time the stock antennae went TWANG pulling out....I like the shorter one a lot just for very reason.

Thanks.....sometimes it's the small things that count. I had over 10K in mods on my last vehicle, and I am NEVER going there again......but just can't seem to leave it as it left the factory either....after the lower grill cover, I'm done.....
