If it's the same as the sound in my videos, it's not bottom end, or rod knock etc. It's a tick from the passenger side head. Mine came around the mid 80k mile mark, and what i found affects it is the following.

Minor intake leak (manifold to engine)
TB needing a calibration
Oil filter
Oil type (kinda)

Each time i've done something that has a noticeable affect on it, by far the biggest were the intake manifold, and most recently, the oil change using a Fram Ultra filter and Castrol Edge extended performance. The latter, has made the most consistent change - sometimes it sounds like it might be back, but it's gone again before i've finished my journey, i just don't know if it's the oil (less likely) or the oil filter (would have had a more likely change)

I will note i use 5w30 too.
