What is it with parking Ford trucks on top of Ferrari's? Is this a new trend, like HID lights?

Parking your truck on a Ferrari show's you got all the Benjamins.

Or carry a smaller amount that covers 99% of what will happen, and have an umbrella policy that covers the other 1%, and will cover you for other stupid stuff people like to sue for in our wonderfully litigious society.

Umbrella policies are cheaper than adding tons of extra coverage to auto, much of the time....

Or the Ferrari was tring to pass (illegally), as says this quick article.

I see plenty of accidents like this happen. Car in front of the Ferrari slows to turn right into the gas station. Ferrari is impatient and goes around (crossing double yellow line), all while the F150 pulls out since the car in front of the Ferrari is turning. Ferrari and F150 meet head on, with the F150 being the winner.

never underestimate a Ferrari's ability to catch fire for no apparent reason.

The accident may have something to do with the fact that the Ferrari may have be doing about 3 times the speed limit and the F150 driver didn't judge speed and distance very well.

Still doesn't excuse the F150....they still have to yield to the cars traveling down the road even if they are behind the vehicle that was driving.

Is this speculation or is there some proof that he may have been speeding to that degree?
