Default Looking for Superchips programmer.

I am looking for a superchips programmer for an 09. Is it possible to find one of these things used, or will I have to more than likely buy it new. I don't know too much about them, and don't really know where to look for a used one.

Any input will be useful.

BTW are these things REALLY worth the $$$$.

Thanks.

I think www.autoanything.com had the best price I could find. Like $339 with the tunes. I'm getting one this week. From everything I've read it's worth the money. Just getting the transmission tuned would be worth $340. They shift weird sometimes and 2nd gear feels like mashed potatoes.

Does not work that way. When you "load" these onto your vehicle they "lock" to your vin. Which means the tuner will only work on that truck. The used ones can be reset or "unlocked: if sent back to mfg. They will charge for this though. After buying the used, sending it in, paying to unlock...just easier to buy a new one.
