Ebay will be your best bet I'd say
Probably the same reasoning behind removing all badges (which I am not a fan of, BTW)

Nothing on eBay this morning except Harley Davidson Lobo badges.

I would seriously look at Lobo badges for my F150. I think it would be cool. Too bad they're not easily available.

Hey TOO LATE! Only one of us in Edmonton. No just joking.... If I find them I can order for both of us and save shipping! Actually know a guy from Leduc that has them on his 2008. Just got back from Mexico and they look good on the 2009-2012 body style. Just something different!

We got a new truck back in 07 that had lobo emblems on it. Customer did not think it was too cool. Had to file some misbuilt claims and explain that it didn't come from MX!

I guess it's all perspective, because if you live anywhere around the southwest border having "Lobo" on your truck is not considered very cool and is definitely not unique. Around here it simply signifies an F150 that is from south of the border and that it may not be up to U.S. standards for emissions. Also, it could garner you a little more attention from law enforcement because of the "Lobo" badges and U.S. license plates. Mexican trucks will commonly steal U.S. plates after crossing into country, most LEO's are aware and on the lookout for stuff like that.

But I guess if you are from another part of the country I can see why you would think it's a novel thing to do.
