Default list the things that have gone wrong with your F150

I have a 2011 F150
I use to love it. Now I hate it.
I have had many Fords. loved them all, not this one.
I am in the market now for a 3/4 ton and only have 3 options.
Ford
Dodge
Chevy

Here is my list, lets here yours.

current engine light due to EVAP system (not solved)
o2 sensor (triggered engine light)
exhaust heat shield loose, fixed
license plate bulb socket corroded, replaced, now corroded again
key less entry pad replaced
speaker wire harness replaced
oil pressure sending unit replaced
entire drive shaft replaced due to catastrophic carrier bearing failure.
Rear window replaced 2 times due to rear defrost
Brake controller reprogrammed.

Some of these things are simple, but this is 11 times I have been inconvenienced, sometimes for more than a week. My future 3/4 ton will be for work. I can not be inconvenienced like this. Would you buy a Ford if you were me?

Edit:
48,000 miles

I would still buy a Ford as they are the only trucks I've ever loved. I am looking to upgrade from F-150 to F-250 for next vehicle.

My 2012 SCAB 5.0 issues:

1. Driver door speaker went out and had to replace myself because dealer wanted me to leave overnight during the week.

2. Driveshaft slip bump which again I had to service myself because dealer wouldn't fix on a Saturday and again wanted me to leave overnight during the week. I don't have that kind of time to be dropping truck off during the week for 30 mins of work

What did you do for your slip bump issue?

- Catalytic converter replacement at 43,000 miles
- Driver's side IWE replaced (damaged by local tire shop)
- Driver's seat replaced (before I purchased the truck)

So far (knock on wood), I've only had one "problem" out of the truck. However, I can feel your pain with all the issues you've had and certainly understand the bad taste it puts in your mouth toward a specific brand/model of vehicle. My previous vehicle was a 2008 Z-71 Tahoe. I've always been a fan of Tahoes. I had a 2006 Z-71 Tahoe before that one that pretty much saved my life when I was rear-ended on the interstate and sent rolling down the median. However, I had so many issues with the electrical system on the last one that I abandoned Chevrolet and came over to Ford. So far I am loving my F150, but it's possible that if I would've gotten another Tahoe that it would've been problem-free. Given your previous good luck with Fords, I would probably stay with them.

I ordered the "kit" that the TSB 12-7-13 calls for. The kit just includes a package of the required teflon grease and a new clamp for the boot. I just removed the rear drive shaft, cleaned the splines, regreased and put back together. It has been fine ever since and it have been about 8,000 miles since I serviced it. If it happens again I think I will skip this little grease packet and look for an alternative grease.

Nothing...knock on wood mine is rock solid so far with 49k. I will continue to be a Ford man unless something drastic changes. All vehicles have troubles, sometimes it takes a few trips to the dealership to get it fixed and some unexpected problems arise from time to time. I'm sure Chevy / Dodge all have their own list of intricate problems as you've stated with the F150.

The worst problem I have had with my '14 is my wallet getting emptied with all the mods I have done to it.

Seriously though the only real issue I have had is my driver side door speaker going out. I can just turn the volume up and it comes back on. I don't know if I will take it to the dealer to get fixed or just do it myself.

I feel for you OP, nothing worse than your beloved truck becoming something you hate. Good luck.

My list.

Built to close to the ground, had to buy a lift kit.
Tires undersized (see above)
Power train late to the station, had to buy a tuner.
Head lights useless, had to buy HID projectors.
Not cold or hot enough on initial entry, had to buy remote start.

OH and one of my license plate lights popped out and a bad battery, had to buy new ones.
