has anyone had this leveling kit installed with the rear blocks? its from rough country...it looks like a pretty sweet deal

I was also looking for opinions on if my truck would look retarded if i put a leveling kit on it without replacing the tires. I will eventually replace the tires, but I want to wear out the ones I have on it first before I replace them. I have the 18" chrome xlt rims and I really want to change the stance of my truck.
