Default Leveling kit question

Hey fellas I have a 2011 f150 I am going to put a leveling kit in soon. My question is 4wheel parts wants to replace the struts with pro comp leveling struts I have never heard of this personally. A tire shop here wants to just do the spacers and are about 150 cheeper. I just want you guys opinion.

The adjustable strut might give you a better ride and the bilstein 24-187497 I believe is by far the more popular choice in this forum. Can't really give advice on the pro comp component. If you were doing this yourself, I would say spacer and the rear block, but if you're having somebody doing this for you, $150 for a better ride might be worth it in my eyes. I myself went with a auto spring spacer/rear blocks and the bilstein 33-187501 rear shocks to make up the difference in height in the rear. Just waiting for it to get nicer out to put the stuff on. Milwaukee weather sucks.

Yea i have heard of the blistins but that is a lot of money. I also know they are worth it as well I just have not heard any thing about the pro comp ones and have not had much luck in researching them

If the spacer goes on over the strut then the length of the shock does not change so if your shocks are in good shape why change them.

If however your designing your truck for offroad clearance and Procomp offers a stiffer offroad type shock that might be the difference.

Yea I am definitely thinking the spacer is the way to go I really don't wanna go messing with my factory ride. Plus a lot of ppl here have had excellent luck with spacers
